Everybody's favorite coach Jess Atkinson had an amazing trip to the USA and was talented and skilled enough to bring back a bronze medal in her division. The Jigsaw team are super proud and are back to work training our next team of champions. Jigsaw now has Taekwondo every Monday for both Children and Adults.

Jigsaw Martial Arts has now been operating for 12mths, it has been a whirl wind of a ride too! We would like to shout out a huge THANKYOU to all the students for their support! Some of the highlights over the last few months have been our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Mini comp that is running again on the 4th of February, the starting of our new CAGE for MMA (mixed martial arts) and best of all our FREE boot camp! Junior Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class We would like to announce a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class for both the Younger warriors on Tues and Thurs at 4.45pm. It’s going to be heaps of fun and a must do for all children as they will learn about leverage, balance, self control and discipline. It is also an awesome workout designed to build fitness levels.
